Shipping Overview
Our roll cage kits aren’t small parcels.
Each kit is palletised for safe transport, typically from 152 × 122 × 22cm and up to 100kg, depending on the application.

We’ve partnered with reliable freight carriers to keep shipping costs as sharp as possible, but there are a few important things to be aware of:

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped with rates calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Processing & Lead Times
Due to the sheer number of kit offerings, Chimera roll cage kits are all made-to-order. Orders are currently subject to a 4–6 week lead time. This timeframe includes order processing, production, and dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your delivery address and chosen shipping option.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are separate from the 4–6 week lead time.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Freight Adjustment Clause
Freight charges are subject to change between order carrier rate changes, fuel surcharges, or delivery conditions. By placing an order, you agree to pay any reasonable increase in shipping costs incurred at the time of dispatch.

Business Address Requirement
By selecting a business address delivery, you confirm that the address provided is a genuine commercial premises with appropriate access for freight vehicles and forklift unloading available on-site.

Misclassification of Address
If a delivery address is incorrectly provided as a business address and is deemed residential or unsuitable by the freight carrier, additional charges, re-delivery fees, or depot collection requirements will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Rural / Non-Standard Locations
Rural, semi-rural, and farm addresses are generally not classified as commercial addresses by freight carriers, even if a business operates from the site. Additional charges or alternative delivery arrangements may be required.

Failed Delivery / Access Issues
If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access, unloading equipment, or incorrect address details, any re-delivery, storage, or handling fees will be passed on to the customer.
