With over 10+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and automotive engineering, Toby is a high-impact engineer specialising in product development for performance critical applications. He has partnered with global automotive OEMs to seamlessly integrate design and manufacturing, delivering lightweight, high-strength components for next generation vehicles.
Toby has played a key role in the development of patented automotive technologies and is recognised as an inventor and published award winning engineer through the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). His work spans concept development, detailed engineering, validation and production-ready solutions, underpinned by rigorous data analysis and hands-on prototyping.
Combining deep technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset, Toby is driven to deliver innovative engineering solutions that push performance limits, enhance efficiency, and create competitive advantage at scale.
Building on this experience, Toby founded Chimera Development with the goal of making professional-grade engineering more accessible.
