Build & Compliance FAQs
What vehicles do your rollcage kits fit?
We offer kits for a growing range of popular chassis. If your model is not listed, we can usually scan it and add it to our lineup. Contact us if you cannot find your vehicle.
Are your rollcage kits CAMS, Motorsport Australia, AASA or ANDRA compliant?
Yes. Our cages are designed around Motorsport Australia, AASA and ANDRA guidelines. It is still your responsibility to check the rules for your class and state.
Can I order a custom rollcage design for my specific setup?
Yes. We offer custom and semi custom layouts for customers with unique requirements, racing classes or interior changes.
What materials do you use for your cages and parts?
All kits are made from high quality CDW or Chromoly steel tube that meets Motorsport Australia and ANDRA specifications.
Do your kits come pre-notched and ready to weld?
Yes. All tubes are CNC cut and notched for an accurate, ready to weld fit.
How accurate is the fitment of your kits?
Every design is based on precise 3D scans to ensure a tight fit to the car and consistent repeatability.
Do you offer installation services or recommend installers?
If you are Melbourne based or happy to travel, we can assist with installation. We also have a network of approved installers in other states.
How long does it take to manufacture and ship a kit?
Most kits are produced within 4 to 6 weeks depending on workload. Freight times vary based on your location.
Can I pick up my kit from your workshop instead of having it shipped?
Yes. Pickup is available from our Melbourne workshop by appointment.
What tools or welding skills do I need to install a kit?
Check your homologation requirements for any professional installation rules (MA, AASA, ANDRA). Our kits include everything you need except the welder, grinder and the car. You need solid fabrication and welding knowledge to complete the job safely.
Do you stock replacement tubes or individual parts if I damage something?
Yes. We can supply replacement tubes, plates or add-on sections without needing a full new kit.
What is included in a standard rollcage kit?
A complete kit includes all required tubes, foot plates, gussets and any model specific sheet metal needed for your chosen layout.
Do you offer freight options Australia-wide and internationally?
Yes. We ship anywhere in Australia and can arrange international freight on request.
Can I add extra bars or gussets to my cage kit?
Yes. We can add roof, door, intrusion, dash or rear bracing depending on what your rules allow.
How do I know which wall thickness or tube size I need for my class?
We can guide you, but the final choice must match your class regulations. Motorsport Australia, FIA and ANDRA publish clear tubing rules for each category.
Do your parts and cages come with installation instructions or diagrams?
Yes. All kits include general rollcage installation instructions, model specific assembly instructions and additional paperwork. Some automotive and fabrication knowledge is required. These kits are not intended for beginners.
Do you do “around dash” cages?
All the standard full cage kits you find on the website are through dash designs, we may be able to assist with an around dash layout through our custom kits program. Drop us a message.
Are the cages compatible with interior trim, dashboards or sunroofs?
We make kits to suit both stripped and full interior vehicles, and with or without sunroof variants where available. We have a large range of scans, but the exact combination you need may not be on the website, or we may not have a scan of it as yet. If you need something specific, send us a message.
How does 3D scanning improve fitment and accuracy?
3D scanning captures the exact interior geometry of each chassis. This allows us to design cages that fit tight, follow body lines and align perfectly before any steel is cut.
